United Brothers Club.
The united brothers club was founded to bring the youth together, and build up a better feature for it members and other in our communities.
the united brothers club have been in existance since september 19, 2010 and may be founded with essentially the same criteria as interest clubs with these exceptions,
Atleast 75% of eligible member should agree to a vote, to pass a resolution.
all member of the united brothers club, should review all club proposal before it can be aproved.
No financial expenses will be made with out the board member of the united brothers club approval.
Every member of the united brothers club much be willing to attend our bi-weekly meeting at all time accept, u have an emergancy.
Every member of the united brothers club is charged with a fees of $25 at every meetings to help the club prosed a financial grouth.
Every member of the united brothers club is expected to be physically and financially independent.
The united brothers club belived in loyalty to it members and the community.
Every member of the united brothers club should be 18 years of age and above and have a job.
Elections.
Every leaders are elected by each club membership in accordance with their approved constitutions. leaders of the united brothers club much be willing to take responsiblities of the club and also be willing to work with any member of the club at all time.
there are re-election for presidency after every six months.
Responsiblities of lealers.
the leaders of the united brothers club guide the organizationin accordance with the purposes of the group and with in the fromwork of the united brothers club policy. they are responsible for executing the organization programs, handling finances in a business like way, consulting outsiders regarding programs and social functions and promptly filling names of newly elected leaders and other members of the united brothers club.
Financeses.
as a measure of the maturity and efficiency, the united brothers club is expected to use sound business sense in the organizational finances and in the business relations of the club and it members. the club assumed any financial responsiblities for losses incurred.
U.B.C sponsored programs.
the united brothers club represent a variety of public programs, such as plays, musicals, talent shows, vriety of programs and special speakers, club and it members are responsible for all expenses incurred and are charged at cost for rental,senery and prop constructions and transpotations, these may be requisitioned with the approval of the leaders and members of the united brothers club.
